Our method

From "where do we start?" to "this is working."

Four steps, refined across consumer-tech engagements. Flip through the method: transparent, fixed-scope, milestone-based.

Discover

01 / 05

Weeks 1–2

Discover

A focused audit. We map the workflow, surface the real bottlenecks, and meet your team where they actually work.

Outputs

Workflow map · readiness diagnostic · stakeholder alignment

Prioritize

02 / 05

Week 3

Prioritize

An ROI-ranked roadmap. Use cases scored on impact, feasibility and stickiness via our Durable AI Index, not hype.

Outputs

DAI™-scored roadmap · phasing plan · executive readout

Build

03 / 05

Weeks 4–10

Build

Ship through our vetted partner network. Production, not prototypes. Fixed scope, milestone-based, one accountable point of contact.

Outputs

Re-engineered workflow · production system · integration

Enable

04 / 05

Weeks 8–14

Enable

Train your team. Bake new habits into the operating cadence. Hand over the keys, no lock-in. We exit when the cadence is yours.

Outputs

Enablement program · operating rituals · 90-day adoption metrics

Engagement

05 / 05

Fixed scope. Milestone-based. No retainer trap.

Fixed scope

A measurable SOW, not an aspirational one. Surprises are our problem, not yours.

Milestone-based

You pay against shipped artifacts. Each phase has a go / no-go gate.

No lock-in

We hand over docs, dashboards and the cadence. If you never call again, we did our job.

FAQ

The questions we get asked most.

How does the 90-day model work?
Four phases in sequence: Discover, Prioritize, Build, Enable, running roughly 14 weeks end to end. Discover and Prioritize take the first three weeks, Build runs weeks 4 to 10, and Enable overlaps it from week 8 so adoption starts before the build is even finished.
What happens in each phase?
Discover is a focused audit that maps your workflow and surfaces the real bottlenecks. Prioritize turns that into an ROI-ranked roadmap scored on our Durable AI Index. Build ships a production system through our vetted partner network, and Enable trains your team and bakes new habits into the operating cadence.
What does our team need to commit?
Access, not headcount. In Discover we need time with the people who actually run the workflow, plus stakeholder alignment from leadership. Prioritize ends in an executive readout where your leaders make the call, and in Enable your team shows up to be trained on the system they will own.
How do you measure whether it worked?
Every use case is scored on impact, feasibility and stickiness before we build it, and every phase has a go / no-go gate you pay against. Enable closes with 90-day adoption metrics, so success is measured in whether your team is still using the system a quarter later, not in whether it demoed well.
How is the engagement priced?
Fixed scope and milestone-based. You pay against shipped artifacts, not hours, and the SOW is measurable rather than aspirational. There is no retainer: we hand over the docs, dashboards and cadence, then exit.
